Martin is an award-winning business broker, is very approachable and has a solid business background to assist you in getting your business ready for sale. Martin has a Bachelor in Business Studies, a Diploma in Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Martin has had a wide range of business experiences from being a management cadet with Fletcher Steel in the 1980’s, to President Fletcher Forests USA (based in the USA), to General Manager Fonterra Ingredients NZ and then as a business owner/manager.

After 20 years of successful corporate life Martin decided it was time to become a business owner and grow his own equity instead of someone else’s. Martin and his wife purchased (through LINK) and managed a successful sales, manufacturing and installation business in Auckland. A few years on they purchased another business and integrated that into the original business creating significant value. After 7 years they sold the business through LINK.

Having a strong business background, finance qualifications and having purchased and sold with LINK, Martin chose to become a business broker with LINK. Outside of work, Martin enjoys time with his wife of 34 years, their two daughters and spending time at their bach in the Coromandel, where Martin fishes whenever the weather permits.
